This policy explains what information NextBig Labs, operated by NEXTBIGGAMES INSIGHTS LLP (“we”, “us”), collects through our mobile games, including One More Shot (together, the “Games”), how it is used, and the choices you have.
The Games do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
Information collected automatically
When you play, the advertising and analytics services built into the Games collect:
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, approximate country or region, and app version.
- Identifiers, such as your device’s advertising ID and app instance identifiers created by the analytics services.
- Gameplay and usage information, such as levels started and cleared, upgrades bought, session length, settings changes, and which ads were shown or completed.
- Your IP address, which our service providers use to estimate your country and to prevent fraud.
How we use this information
- To run the Games and improve them, for example to balance difficulty and fix problems.
- To show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch, to limit how often ads appear, and to measure ad revenue.
- To measure how well our own advertising campaigns work.
- To detect and prevent fraud and invalid ad traffic.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example the GDPR in the EU or UK), we rely on your consent for analytics and personalised ads, and on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the Games for non-personalised ads and fraud prevention.
Service providers we use
- Google AdMob (Google LLC) shows ads in the Games. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC) provides game analytics and ad measurement. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.
- GameAnalytics provides game analytics. See the GameAnalytics privacy notice.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your choices
- If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the first time you open a Game we ask whether you agree to analytics, and analytics stays off unless you agree. You can change your answer at any time in the game’s settings.
- If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the Games ask for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy button in the game’s settings.
- On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, which also stops personalised ads, in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
- Uninstalling a Game stops all collection from it.
Children
The Games are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child’s information was collected, contact us and we will help delete it.
How long we keep data
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Our service providers delete or anonymise it according to their own retention settings.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, and protect it as described in their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, California law or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict its use. Because the Games do not know who you are, you can use most of these rights directly by turning analytics off, resetting your advertising ID or uninstalling the Game. For anything else, email us and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
We and our providers use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
